Homemade Apricot Jam

I think that homemade jams taste much better than the ones you buy at the supermarket. This year I tried apricot jam. The result is a delicious jam that I can´t wait to eat every morning!

Ingredients
1000 g Apricots (before discarding seeds)
2 cloves
1 Packet jam sugar

Preperation
Wash the apricots, cut them in half, remove the seeds and then cut into small cubes. Put them in a large saucepan and add the jam sugar and the cloves. The saucepan should be less than half full, otherwise the mixture may boil over. Bring mixture to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. According to the instructions on the packet, carry on stirring for four minutes exactly after the mixture has started to boil. Remove from heat. Carefully remove the cloves (I was lucky that I could find them!). Fill the sterilised jam jars up to the rim, screw the lids on and turn the jars upside down until cool.
